Austin Clay
My name is Austin Clay. I am a female from Stafford, Virginia. I am currently a student at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia pursuing a Masters Degree in Education. I received my Bachelor’s degree from UMW in June of 2015 in history. My interests include: United States history from the Revolutionary War to the Civil War, I also enjoy studying popular culture throughout American History. During my free time, I enjoy going boating on the Potomac River, taking my dog for a walk, and reading. My career goal is ultimately to be a high school history teacher.
Allysa D'Amour
Hello and welcome to our page! My name is Allysa D'Amour and I am also pursuing a Masters Degree in Elementary Education. I received my Bachelors Degree at James Madison University in Independent Liberal Studies where I focused on Inclusion within Early Childhood Education. I am hoping to begin my teaching career in the fall and I am looking forward to all that UMW's program has to offer as it will ultimately assist me in being the best teacher I can be!
Sarah Pacheco
My name is Sarah Pacheco. I am currently a student at the University of Mary Washington working toward the completion of my Masters Degree in Secondary Education. I completed my Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science at Virginia Tech in the spring of 2015 and plan to teach high school Earth Science and Oceanography in the upcoming school year. I am very excited to be working with my students and inspiring a new generation of scientists and engineers!
